Refund and Returns Policy

At Cubic Touch, your satisfaction is our priority. We are committed to providing high-quality skincare and haircare products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

    • Unused and in its original packaging

    • Sealed and undamaged

    • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Please note: We do not accept returns for opened or used products due to hygiene and safety concerns.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged or wrong product sent).

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a clear photo of the product and packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund as appropriate.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return or report a damaged product, please email us at cubictouch24@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Product details

  • Reason for return

  • Photos if applicable

Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing them. Once processed or shipped, they cannot be canceled.
